Industrial disc brushes for deburring and edge rounding

Cepicat disc brushes deburr, round edges and remove slag and oxide from sheet-metal and machined parts. They mount on deburring and finishing machines to break sharp edges, round them up to about 2 mm radius and prepare surfaces for coating, painting or assembly — on steel, stainless steel and aluminium, wet or dry.

Processes

• Deburring — remove burrs after cutting, punching or fine-blanking.
• Edge rounding — controlled radius (up to ~2 mm) for coating adhesion and safety.
• Slag & oxide removal — after laser and plasma cutting.

Machine compatibility

Our disc and roller brushes fit the common deburring lines: Costa, Timesavers, Weber, Lissmac, Q-Fin, ARKU and Loewer, in the diameters and fixings your heads use.

Brush types
